The details of the procedure of return and refund are as follows :
- The item can be returned within 15 days if not an unreturnable item , in its original state , not opened , not used ,or if the received item is damaged, broken , counterfeit product , or doesn't match with the description.
- The item can be refunded within 30 days in case of manufacturing defect.
- The consumer have the right to return the full amount of money paid including shipping charges in case of a broken or damaged item.
- The consumer will bear the cost of shipping and return charges in case of return without manufacturing defect under the conditions described above.
- The consumer will be refunded after the item is received from the shipping company and inspecting the item.
