Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the following Saturday.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 2–4 business days, depending on your governorate.
Business days are Saturday through Thursday. Friday is not counted as a business day for shipping or delivery purposes.
Busy Periods & Delays
During peak periods — such as public holidays, national sales events, or high-demand seasons — processing may take slightly longer than usual. If your order is affected, we will notify you directly with an updated estimated delivery date.
Shipping Costs
A shipping fee applies to all orders. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — when available, the discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
Late Delivery Guarantee
If you do not receive your order within 7 business days of the dispatch date, you are entitled to a full refund of the shipping fee paid. To request this, please contact our support team with your order number.
