Are your products 100% original?
Yes. All products at Dokkan Tech are 100% genuine and sourced exclusively from authorized distributors. We carry official products from brands including Logitech, Anker, SanDisk, EZVIZ, Xiaomi, and Havit — no grey market, no replicas.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers the main product unit only against manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover accessories (cables, batteries, ear tips), physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs.
Do you offer repair or maintenance services?
No. We do not offer hardware repair or disassembly of any product. Any confirmed manufacturing defect is handled through replacement only. Minor issues such as dust cleaning or a software update may be addressed without replacement at our discretion.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across all governorates in Egypt.
How long does shipping take?
- Greater Cairo: 1 to 3 business days
- Other governorates: 2 to 4 business days
- Remote governorates: Up to 5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
Is there a minimum order value for delivery?
- Greater Cairo: Minimum order value is 200 EGP
- Other governorates: Minimum order value is 300 EGP
- In-store pickup: No minimum order value
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes. You're welcome to visit our office directly during working hours:
- 📅 Saturday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 📅 Friday: Closed
We recommend placing your order at least 1 hour before your visit so your product is ready when you arrive.

Do you ship outside Egypt?
No. We currently deliver within Egypt only.

Are prices inclusive of taxes?
All displayed prices are final in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Any applicable fees or charges will be clearly shown before you complete your order.
Can prices change after I place an order?
No. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay. However, prices on the website may change without prior notice due to market conditions.
Do you offer credit or deferred payment for companies?
No. All orders — whether from individuals or companies — require full payment upfront or upon delivery. No deferred or credit payment terms are available.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. Our return and exchange policy depends on the timeframe:
- Within 30 days: Full replacement, exchange, or cash refund (direct sales only)
- Months 2–3: Replacement or exchange; cash refund with 10% administrative fee
- Month 4 to end of warranty: Open Box replacement or discount coupon

Can I return a sealed, unopened product?
Yes. If the product is completely unopened and in its original sealed condition, you can return it for a full refund within 3 months of purchase (direct sales only).
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are returned using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. For example, if you paid by Visa, the refund will be issued to the same card.
What about orders placed on Amazon Egypt or Noon?
Returns and exchanges for Amazon Egypt or Noon orders are processed through those platforms according to their respective policies. For warranty claims outside their return window, contact us directly.
Invoices & Corporate Orders
Do you provide tax invoices?
Yes. Dokkan Tech issues official tax-compliant invoices for all orders — individuals and companies alike. Corporate invoices are submitted directly to the Egyptian Tax Authority portal. Companies will need to provide their Tax Registration Number (TRN) at the time of order.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes. Special pricing is available for commercial quantities — for both companies and individual buyers. Discounts are based on quantity, not customer type. Single-unit orders are not eligible for bulk pricing.
