Refund Policy

1. General Overview

At Dokkan Tech, we are committed to delivering 100% genuine products backed by a clear and fair after-sales policy. This policy applies to all products sold through our official channels: Dokkan Tech website (dokkantech.com), Amazon Egypt, and other authorized platforms.

2. Refund & Replacement Timeframes

Within 30 Days of Purchase

The customer is entitled to choose one of the following:

  • Full replacement with a brand-new sealed unit
  • Exchange for a different product (price difference applies)
  • Full cash refund (direct sales only)

Months 2 – 3 of Warranty

The customer is entitled to:

  • Replacement with a brand-new unit or exchange with another product (price difference applies)
  • Cash refund with the following administrative fee deducted:
    • 10% for direct sales (dokkantech.com)
    • 20% for Amazon / Noon orders

Month 4 Until End of Warranty

  • Replacement with a certified Open Box unit (not sealed)
  • If no alternative is available: customer receives a discount coupon equal to the original paid amount
  • Customer may alternatively opt for cash refund under the Month 2–3 terms above

3. Special Conditions

Condition Entitlement
Product replaced twice for same defect Full cash refund — no deductions
Replaced product warranty Continues from original purchase date
Sealed & unopened product return Full refund within 3 months of purchase — product must be in original sealed condition (direct sales only)

4. Products Sold via Amazon Egypt / Noon

Returns and exchanges for orders placed on Amazon Egypt or Noon are handled exclusively through those platforms according to their respective policies. Dokkan Tech does not process direct returns for marketplace orders.


5. How to Submit a Refund or Return Request

Step 1: Contact us with your invoice and a description of the issue
Step 2: Deliver the product to our office (customer's responsibility)
Step 3: If you cannot visit in person, request our Pickup Service (paid service — fees apply based on location)

6. Resolution Timeframes

Stage Timeframe
Initial response to request Within 3 working days
Providing replacement or resolution Within 7 working days from product receipt

7. Conditions That Void Eligibility

  • Physical damage caused by misuse, dropping, or liquid exposure
  • Tampering, unauthorized repair, or removal of serial number
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accessories only (cables, batteries, etc.) — not covered
