At DokkanTech, all products are 100% genuine and sourced from authorized distributors. Every product sold by DokkanTech includes warranty coverage according to the applicable product, brand, or DokkanTech warranty terms, under normal use conditions.

2. What the Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects in the main product unit only
- Hardware malfunctions under normal use conditions
- Factory faults confirmed upon inspection by our technical team
3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
- Accessories: cables, batteries, ear tips, charging adapters, packaging
- Physical damage from dropping, pressure, or misuse
- Liquid or moisture damage
- Unauthorized repairs or tampering
- Removed, altered, or missing serial numbers
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) not affecting functionality

5. How to File a Warranty Claim
Step 1: Contact us via phone or email with your original invoice
Step 2: Our team will assess the defect within 3 working days
Step 3: Deliver the product to our office — or request our Pickup Service (paid service — fees apply based on location)
Step 4: A replacement or resolution will be provided within 7 working days from product receipt

6. Warranty for Amazon Egypt & Noon Orders
Products purchased via Amazon Egypt or Noon are subject to the warranty and return policies of those platforms. For warranty claims outside their return window, please contact DokkanTech directly.
7. Important Warranty Conditions
- Warranty is valid only with the original invoice from DokkanTech
- Warranty is non-transferable — applies to original purchaser only
- Products replaced under warranty continue the original warranty period — no extension
- If a product is replaced twice for the same defect, the customer is entitled to a full cash refund with no deductions
