Compatibility Notes
The j5create JCD3199 requires driver installation on Windows 11 / 10 and macOS 10.14 or later (Windows can install the driver automatically when the computer has network access and administrative rights). The host USB-C port must support DisplayPort™ Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode) and USB Power Delivery 2.0/3.0 or 3.1. One HDMI output supports up to 4K at 60Hz through DP Alt Mode (the host must support DisplayPort 1.4) and the other supports up to 4K at 30Hz as a USB display. To charge your laptop, connect a USB Power Delivery power adapter to the PD-in port; the laptop must support Power Delivery. The 15W wireless charger works only when a USB-C power adapter of 60W or above is connected (sold separately)
