How to Redeem an Amazon Gift Card

When you redeem an Amazon.com Gift Card to your account, the funds are stored in Your Account and will automatically apply to your next eligible order.

To redeem a physical gift card:

1. Remove the card from the outer packaging.
2. Find the claim code on the back of the card, under the peel-off sticker or the silver scratch-off section.
3. Go to Redeem a Gift Card on Amazon.
4. Enter your claim code and select Apply to Your Balance.

To redeem an electronic gift card:

1. Go to the Amazon webpage and make sure you are signed into the correct account.
2. If delivered via email, select Apply to your Amazon Account. If delivered via text, select the link to be brought to the redemption page, then Apply to your Amazon Account.
