Excellent Customer Care and Satisfaction, with a very valuable product:

Firstly, the product is as per described, Quality is superb, price is the lowest one in the Market with a considerable big difference.

A high talented, customer caring and satisfaction team. (Thumbs up for the Call center and customer care team really)

I ordered the product online on 7th October at 5.20 pm, to pick it up by myself from their main store location, forgetting that they finish at 6.00 pm, and usually the pickup order takes at least 1 hr. duration to be prepared. Customer care contacted me to confirm the order at 5.30 pm (only 10 mins after my online website purchase) and they said they will close at 6.00 pm (I was surprised as I was around 45 mins from the pickup location and they should be closed by time of my arrival, However, when I explained that I am not resident in Cairo and from other city, and I need to take it before going back home, the generosity and well handled call center agent confirmed that they will wait for me to hand over the goods even after their closure time.. ❤️ 🙏

They waited for my arrival and handed over the goods with a warm welcoming and lovely speech.

I really appreciate and highly recommend them for their professionality, competitive price and excellent handling/satisfaction of customer.

فريق شاطر جدًا، وبيهتم بالعميل وراحته. (شابوه للكول سنتر وفريق دعم العملاء بجد)

انا طلبت المنتج أونلاين يوم 7 أكتوبر في الساعة 5:20 مساءً، علشان آخده بنفسي من الفرع الرئيسي، ونسيت إنهم بيقفلوا الساعة 6:00 مساءً، وعادة طلب الاستلام يستغرق على الأقل ساعة واحدة علشان يتحضر. خدمة العملاء اتصلت بيا لتأكيد الطلب الساعة 5:30 مساءً (يعني بعد 10 دقائق بس من شرائي أونلاين) وقالولي إنهم هيخلصوا الساعة 6:00 (انا طبعا اتصدمت لأنني كنت على بعد حوالي 45 دقيقة من مكان الاستلام، وكان من المفترض إنهم يقفلوا قبل ما أوصّل، بس لما وضّحت إنني مش ساكن في القاهرة وجاي من محافظة تانية، وإني محتاج آخده قبل ما أرجع، الصراحة موظفة خدمة العملاء تصرفت باحترافية وذكاء وبلغتني إنهم هينتظروا علشان يسلموني الكيبورد حتى لو بعد وقت الاغلاق... ❤️ 🙏

بالفعل انتظروا وصولي، وسلّموني المنتج بكل ترحيب وسعة صدر.
