The Thermal Grizzly PhaseSheet PTM is a next-generation thermal pad designed using advanced phase change material (PCM) technology. Solid at room temperature, it liquefies when heated above 45°C, enabling superior heat transfer comparable to thermal paste. This makes it an ideal solution for use on processors, graphics chips, and other high-performance components.

Performance & Application:

• Optimal Pressure Requirement: To achieve the best performance and minimal thickness, an application pressure of 300–400N is recommended.

• Thermal Cycling: Reaches and stabilizes peak thermal conductivity after approximately 10 thermal cycles above 60°C.

• Use Case Versatility: Ideal for use with CPUs and GPUs, especially where copper coolers are involved and thermal cycling is frequent.

Comparison to Other Materials:

While PhaseSheet PTM is more durable and effective than standard thermal pastes, it is not as long-lasting as KryoSheet, which is nearly maintenance-free.
